The process below outlines the steps we follow to ensure a successful outcome for both clients and candidates.

Here is our approach:

  1. Your resume is evaluated by a consultant in relation to all positions available within our company. If a match is revealed, the consultant will follow up with you.
  2. If you meet the client’s criteria, we will contact you for more in-depth information. Yourrecruiter will conduct a phone interview with the you, contact your references and may request further documentation of skills and achievements.
  3. Possible job opportunities will always be discussed with you before any information is submitted to a client for review. Your resume will only be shared with your prior knowledge and consent.
  4. When a match is found, a complete package of information is compiled and referred to the client. Communication with client and you during this time is ongoing, and we will act as a facilitator for interviews and possible job offers.
  5. We will offer you interview preparation, including company information, hiring manager traits and preferences, compensation benchmarking, etc.
  6. We will conduct post-interview follow-up with you.
