The process below outlines the steps we follow to ensure a successful outcome for both clients and candidates.
Here is our approach:
- Your resume is evaluated by a consultant in relation to all positions available within our company. If a match is revealed, the consultant will follow up with you.
- If you meet the client’s criteria, we will contact you for more in-depth information. Yourrecruiter will conduct a phone interview with the you, contact your references and may request further documentation of skills and achievements.
- Possible job opportunities will always be discussed with you before any information is submitted to a client for review. Your resume will only be shared with your prior knowledge and consent.
- When a match is found, a complete package of information is compiled and referred to the client. Communication with client and you during this time is ongoing, and we will act as a facilitator for interviews and possible job offers.
- We will offer you interview preparation, including company information, hiring manager traits and preferences, compensation benchmarking, etc.
- We will conduct post-interview follow-up with you.
