How did Career 1 Source begin? You might think that this is a question that will have a complex answer. However, the answer is rather simple. Career 1 Source began due to solid core values of integrity. Career 1 Source launched its business in June of 2008 extending a reach into the non-agricultural business areas of financial services and insurance industries. The new business unit was spawned from the successful business platform developed by Ag 1 Source that has built into a nationwide premier placement business focusing on agricultural industries. The successful methods, processes, and systems have been replicated into the new “sister” company.

Key to this new venture, to be named Career 1 Source, will be the addition of David Weaver who comes to the organization with over 25 years of contacts within the financial services industry. “David comes to us with a significant amount of experience in banking, trust, insurance and brokerage services, all in the Midwest,” said Smith. “His contacts and knowledge of the marketplace will be extremely valuable as we work on getting the word out and establishing ourselves as a leader in this sector.”
