Bobbi Pike joined Career 1 Source in 2011 leading the Private Equity effort in the central & western region specializing in the placement of C-suite executives, directors, sales and business development managers for equity funded/growth portfolio companies. Her clients are primarily private equity, VC and M&A firms.  She focuses in the area of business, consumer and healthcare service including SaaS. She is also experienced in highly engineered manufacturing and the medical device industry. Her diverse background in business, growth/exit strategies and capital markets enables her to understand the spectrum of requirements to land the best candidate matches.

Bobbi started her career in biological research where she published 4 scientific articles. In 1998, she raised equity capital for her business which she sold in 2004. Skilled in sales, she became a top recruiter of executives for an international consulting firm which has provided her an enviable network of professionals. From here she joined an investment banking firm where she worked with client company management in all industries. She was responsible for preparing the companies for a major capital raise.

Throughout her career Bobbi has been looked upon as a superior consultant and coach. She carries these skills into her recruiting.
